In June 2019, we received an inquiry from a Vietnamese customer. He needed a diesel concrete pump with concrete output of 30 cubic meters per hour, stone size 20 mm and vertical conveying distance of 30 meters. According to the customer’s request, we recommended MINLE 30 cubic meters per hour diesel mini concrete pump, using the well-known domestic YUCHAI diesel engine, KAWASAKI main oil pump. After receiving the quotation, the customer negotiated with the local engineer and told that this concrete pump trailer was a little large and asked if there was any smaller diesel mini concrete pump. After consulting with the engineers, we decided to recommend MINLE 20 cubic diesel mini concrete pump. We recommend two different diesel engines to our customers, one is YUCHAI diesel engine and the other is CHANGCHAI diesel engine. The customer was very satisfied with this small diesel concrete pump, which is very suitable for local minor works.

One of our customer from India gave a call via google search on August 10th, 2019. He asked some messages about the diesel concrete pump trailer details. This Indian customer is very professional industry practitioner, he was really looking for the concrete pump machine. We asked him some basic questions about the concrete pump applications and specifications such as the concrete pump machine motor power, diesel driven or electric driven. The customer told us he wanted to choose diesel engine concrete pump trailer. And we exchanged information about the diesel engine brand, famous brand,  the construction site situation such as the max height for construction, the concrete delivery distance, etc. Finally, the customer made sure about the specifications of the diesel concrete pump trailer. The pumping height was about 180 feet,  the concrete scale factor was 1:2:3 or 1:3:3 for cement:sand :stone,  and the maximum stone size was 20mm.

We recommended him the diesel concrete pump trailer with 30 cubic meters per hour according to the construction and mobile batch plant scale and scope, the transport pipe was 100m long and the diameter was 30cm diameter. Finally, our customer accepted my suggestion, dropped up the normal steel nut clamp, adopted the quick soon clamp, we gave him 200 sets.

Small diesel concrete pump, also called small diesel concrete pump trailer, is the hot sale concrete pump machine whose hydraulic pump is driven by the diesel engine during operation. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder to push the piston in the conveying cylinder to perform the “one push and one suction” alternate movement, then sucking the concrete from the hopper into the conveying cylinder and pumping it out. After returning to Colombia, the customer said that the local economic situation was not good, delaying the purchase plan. On October 2018, the customer said he wanted to buy concrete pump. After the Canton Fair, they came to the factory to check our concrete pump trailer, and expressed great satisfaction. And signed a contract for two 40 cubic meters per hour small diesel concrete pump, said that they first checked the quality of concrete pump and then purchase in large quantities.
