The 30 diesel trailer concrete pump is a diesel driven concrete pump trailer with a theoretical output of 30 cubic meters per hour. Portable trailer concrete pump is mainly used for conveying and pouring work in concrete construction. With the rise of modern industry, the construction method of concrete-based materials has become one of the main structures of construction, occupying a large proportion in various construction projects, making the development of concrete machinery enduring. Last month we contacted a Philippine customer who described to us the construction environment and the difficulties in accessing electricity. Trailer concrete mobile pump is also called trailer concrete pump, it is the flexible concrete pump mounted on the moveable trailer to to convey concrete to hard to access place. In September 2018, we received an inquiry from Philippine customer about the trailer concrete mobile pump, The customer told us that he had five house projects under construction and another five houses waiting for the government’s approval. Now he wanted to purchase a trailer concrete mobile pump to improve efficiency and finish the current work as soon as possible, then to start the next project.

We didn’t offer the price immediately after receiving customer’s inquiry, because the Client didn’t tell me the specific requirements for trailer concrete mobile pump. Because we didn’t understand the customer requirements in detail, and then we asked the customer for more detailed information such as the diesel engine trailer concrete mobile pump or an electric driven by electric motor, and the size of the aggregate. We can not recommend you a very suitable trailer concrete pump.

On the third day we received customer’s reply, the customer said he needed a small trailer concrete mobile pump, but not too small, the weight was not over 3.5 tons, the transportation may be convenient, the aggregate size 25 mm, as for electric motor or diesel engine let us recommend him, and the customer asked to the workshop of the installation, spraying, and plant appearance pictures sent to him, so that he can better understand our company.

After receiving customer reply, we immediately went to the workshop took pictures, selected a few more clear pictures then sent them to the customer, and enclosed with the relevant certifications, our factory business license, ISO certificate, etc., We had exported trailer concrete mobile pump to over 26 countries. We told him many foreign clients like diesel trailer concrete mobile pump, it is more convenient than electric concrete pump trailer. We recommended him to use diesel engine, of course, he can also use the electric motor if electricity is very convenient for him. The price of the motor trailer concrete mobile pump is cheaper, if not more than 3.5 tons weight, aggregate size 25 mm, our 20 m3 / h diesel trailer concrete mobile pump is more suitable for customers to use.

We haven’t received any reply from the customer after replying to his email, and we have followed up with him for many times, but there was no message. I felt that maybe the customer did not need our trailer concrete mobile pump.We thought that this work as an exercise in negotiating with a client for my next deal, and then focus on other clients, but after 2 months, at the end of Nov. We received email from that client, he told me, hi Michael, I had been busy with project bidding two months ago, update me Quotation again. We wanted to order now, but sent me the hydraulic system before we arranged the deposit, we carried out immediately, after two weeks, we received client’s payment.

one of our customer from Thailand gave us a call on 10th, October, 2018, he asked some information about the trailer mounted concrete pump details, he had a mobile batch plant, he transports concrete using a mixer truck, so he had to employ some driver and rent trucks, but the cost is so much for his economic situation, that is why he wanted concrete pump machine.

We got enquiry of trailer concrete pump from Indonesia client on March, 2018. Our Indonesia client had two construction requirements for concrete pump, diesel engine and conveying concrete 200m vertically. That means the trailer concrete pump can delivery concrete up to 60 floors. Then we held a meeting with several engineers to discuss and select the suitable concrete pump for them. For the height up to 200m, it needed high pressure to push concrete. So we recommended our 80 cubic meter per hour diesel trailer concrete pump with DEUTZ diesel engine and REXROTH hydraulic pump for them. And the concrete pumping pressure should be 18 MPa. They checked our quotation and decided to visit MINLE MACHINE. On April, 2018, our Indonesia customer came to check our factory and machine together with their partner. After checking our workshop and concrete pump products in the factory, they were very satisfied with our strong manufacturing ability. They wanted better diesel engine besides DEUTZ and they also needed urgent delivery. We discussed with our boss and told them CUMMINS diesel engine was also very good but the price was a little high. In fact DEUTZ was popular in south Asia, like Philippines and Indonesia for quality and service were both good. The Indonesia client finally chosen DEUTZ diesel engine. After discussed with producing department, we agreed to arrange delivery within 10 days after got the deposit. Both clients and their partner were very pleased for our first cooperation and they arranged prepayment when they were back to Indonesia. We arranged delivery of trailer concrete pump on time.

Trailer pumpcrete is the concrete pumping equipment which is mounted on the trailer. Trailer pumpcrete transports the fine stone concrete to the destination of the building, and also can be used for the tunnel construction. Usually, foreign clients like the trailer pumpcrete powered by diesel fuel engine, because this kind of trailer pumpcrete is easy to use on the building site, the trailer pumpcrete machine will not be affected if there is no enough power supply.

Our client from Philippines was very interested in our trailer pumpcrete and he gave me a call and asked many questions. He said that he did not need the big concrete pump machine and just for structure the citizen house, the Max. vertical height was 20m and the concrete pump must be powered by diesel engine.

We recommended our 20m3/h diesel engine trailer pumpcrete HBTS20-8-39R, this type trailer pumpcrete machine was very compact and portable, easy to trail on the building site, hydraulic power, PLC Control system, Kawasaki brand of the main oil pump, the Max. Vertical height could reach 30m. This kind of concrete pump was also used for constructing the taller building.

After got my suggest, he had many questions such as the PLC Control system, our design was Mitsubishi brand, but he required Delta brand. He told us that the control computer of all their concrete pumps was Delta brand and he knew well about it. if something wrong with it, they could fix by themselves. We told him Mitsubishi brand was better than Delta and very famous on the world, but he insisted on Delta brand. We referred to our engineer and got that Delta was also good, so we could meet clients requirements. During our discussion, we sent them lot of photos of our trailer pumpcrete, but their engineers still not believed us. He said that many years ago, one Chinese supplier cheated them, from that time they done business very carefully. It was better that arranged engineered to visit our factory and then we will show our concrete pump machines. We told him that we warmly welcomed to visit us. On 13 Aug. 2018, they arranged 2 workers to visit our factory, and we had been to the building site together. After  checking our machines worked in construction site, they were very happy. They asked that whether this pumpcrete could allow the aggregate size 25mm. Our techniques told them that our trailer pumpcrete could allow the Max. Aggregate size 30mm, please be rest assured of that point.

On 22 Aug. 2018 their workers were back, their boss contacted me and made the contract, assured some main points, such as the Delta brand control computer, 25mm Max. Aggregate size, Max. 20m vertical height. We wrote all their requirements on contract and they confirmed this order. And after 15 days, we loaded it into container.
