Ready Mix Concrete Pump Features

1. The glasses plate and cutting ring of ready mix concrete pump are made of hard alloy with imported wear-resistant welding rod, which are anti-wear, with low resistance and better suction property.
2. Specially designed large-capacity fuel tank and forced air cooling with large flow rate can control the oil temperature of the system within a reasonable range, maximizing the life of the system.
3. Stir the double seal structure of the seal and the bearing to eliminate the possibility of agitation and leakage while reducing the possibility of damage to the hydraulic motor.
4. The main lubrication points of mix concrete pump are automatically lubricated to ensure the service life of the parts.

We received an inquiry for mix concrete pump from Russia in August 2019. He needed concrete pump trailer with output capacity of 40 cubic meters to 60 cubic meters per hour, stone size of 40 mm, and delivery distance around 100 meters. The diesel engine was the preferred driven power because the local electricity was not convenient. According to the customer’s request, we negotiated with the engineer and recommended to the customer MINLE 40 cubic meters per hour, 50 cubic meters per hour and 60 cubic meters per hour of diesel ready mix concrete pump and quoted to him. After receiving the quotation, the customer negotiated with their local engineers to compare the parameters and told that the 60 cubic hour diesel pump was suitable for their project. For this diesel concrete pump trailer, we had YUCHAI, WEICHAI and CUMMINS, VOLVO, DEUTZ Power for customers to choose. In terms of price and performance, we recommended the customer WEICHAI 130kw diesel engine. This concrete pump was exported to Philippines, Bangladesh, Egypt and Niger, Czech Republic, and customer feedback was very good. Our Russia customer was very satisfied with this machine. At the end of August, the client sent a representative to China to inspect the factory. After seeing the factory, the representative was very glad with our professionalism and gave feedback to the headquarters. At the beginning of September, we received 30% prepayment. After that, we arranged the production according to the customer’s request and delivered it in October according to the agreed time.
