Our Indonesia customer was very interested concrete mixer pump, he has a famous construction company in Dubai, we ask him the aggregated size for pumping concrete, he told me the max aggregated size is 20mm, we recommended the reasonable electric concrete mixing pump which combines concrete mixer and pumping working together.

First of all, we sent the concrete machine working videos to him, and told him these videos was took at our customer’s construction site, we briefly introduced  him the of working process, for instance how to start the machine, and what the capacity of the stone, sand and cement can be put into the loading hopper, and how many capacity water should put into. After 10 days later, he asked me which one was the best choice for him. He told us the voltage in Indonesia is 380V/50hz, diesel engine was not suitable for him, so he chose the electric concrete mixing pump.

Two months later,  the customer placed the order to us. Now the electric concrete mixing pump was in production, it will be ready for shipment next month.

The concrete mixer pumping machine, also called concrete mixer pump, is composed of a mixer, a pump body, a conveying pipe etc. Its working principle is to stir the concrete raw materials through the mixer, and then use the pressure to transport the concrete along the pipeline. Wherever the concrete needs to be poured, the pipeline is directly connected. In 2013, we designed a diesel-integrated concrete machine for Turkish customer. During the 6 years of intensive usage, there has never been any failure. In May 2019, the customer contacted us and wanted to order another one for other projects. But our Turkish customer proposed that our original all-in-one style was too cumbersome. He hoped that we could improve it. After receiving feedback from him, the technology set out to design a light and simple style all-in-one machine. Compared with the original style, the operation is more convenient, the movement is more convenient, and the customer is sent to the customer. After that, the customer is very satisfied with this new style.

Our Maldives customer contacted us on April, 2018. They needed 2 sets concrete mixing pump for their resort project. Because there was no electricity on the island, diesel engine drive was required. In addition, the roads on the island were rugged, they needed equipment that was small in size and light weight and easy to tow. First we recommended our 30m3/h diesel concrete mixer pump with length of 5800mm and weight 5000kg. The customer thought 30 m3/h was too big. Then we discussed with our engineer to design mini concrete mixing pump for their construction. The capacity was 15m3/h with domestic famous brand YUCHAI, the weight was 3000kg. Our Maldive customer was very satisfied with this mini concrete mixer pump and required 600m delivery pipe together with the machine. They arranged the deposit and we finished production on time. Now they use the mini concrete mixing pump well and anticipate our next cooperation in the near future.
