We met with Panamanian customer Mr.Virgilio in the autumn Canton Fair in 2016. At that time, he was very interested in the concrete mixer  pump JBTS30 that we brought to the exhibition. After asking about the detailed configuration and usage of our equipment, we left each other’s contact information. Since then, Mr.Virgilio occasionally contacted us to ask some questions about the concrete mixer pump. After more than two years of mailings, the customer finally decided to purchase one set of concrete mixer pump. Since the customer’s construction site is outdoors, and they don’t want to move the equipment back and forth, they are afraid that some people will randomly move the buttons on the equipment. Therefore, we have designed a protective cover for the customer outside the electric control box, which makes the customer very moved and satisfied.

Concrete mixer with concrete pump is a another name of concrete mixer pump. On Nov. 2018, one of my client asked me a special JS500 concrete mixer with concrete pump, this model was bigger than our previous concrete mixer with concrete pump, it has double function for mixing concrete and convey concrete, but this time the client asked for high working efficiency. He expected that our factory can support him strongly, because he had many foreign clients and he wanted to establish long term business relationship with us.

Diesel concrete mixer with concrete pump was our main concrete pump products, usually, the clients just required JBT350 type concrete mixer pump, and the mixer is drum type, this type was easy for us, and we have been this business for 20 years. If the clients required high working efficiency, JBT350 type is obviously backward, we have to redesign and reengineer this concrete mixer pump. I had to ask our engineers, they told me that if the clients required more efficient than JBT350, we had to exchange the JS500 Double-shaft concrete mixer, it became larger in volume, and the diesel engine need higher power.

I advised our client we can meet your requirements, our aim was that provided the best solutions for clients, just the price will be higher than JBT350 as result of the advanced and better configuration, we will do our best to save your cost and supply high-working efficiency concrete mixer with concrete pump for you!

I received my client’s email after few days, he said that he knew the cost must be high, it was bigger than JBT350, his friends had one unit this JS500 concrete mixer and concrete pump, he expected that we can offer him good price. About this concrete mixer pump, he required the climb steel to be longer, the feeding hopper he wanted to buried it into land, it was easy for the loader charge concrete. Additional, the chassis of the concrete mixer and concrete pump, which was needed to be added hydraulic lift. Because the whole concrete mixer and concrete pump was very heavy, we couldn’t just used the fixed legs, and the concrete mixer and concrete pump needed to be installed steering for transport conveniently.

After discussion with our engineers, we informed our client that we can meet his requirements, finally we consigned the contract and the client transfer the payment promptly.

Mobile concrete mixer with pump, also called mobile concrete mixer pump, combines concrete mixer and concrete pump in the single concrete pump machine for high mobility and flexible operation. It is the ideal equipment for mixing and conveying concrete to designated location in the simple and cost efficient way especially in small construction sites such as house building, highway, bridge, dam and slope protection project.

The mobile concrete mixer with pump can be assmebled with either electric motor or diesel engine. It means that we can select one for the actual needs of the site. It greatly reduces the labor intensity and costs but increases the work efficiency.

We received a inquiry for mobile concrete mixer with pump last month from our Ghana customer,  their requirement is as below.

1. The output capacity of concrete mixer with pump is 30-40m³/h.
2. It should pump 80m vertically.
3. The electricity is very unstable in their country,  so he wanted to buy a mobile concrete mixer pump with both electric motor and diesel engine.
4. Because the road at the construction site is rugged, so he hoped the mobile concrete mixer with pump could easy move and turn around.

To meet our Ghana customer’s requirements, our engineer designed the mobile concrete mixer with pump in this way.

Firstly, our engineer added two engines in the machine, when the electricity in our Ghana customer’s site is stable, he can start the mobile concrete mixer with pump by electric motor, when the electricity is unstable or it hasn’t electricity in his site, he can start the machine by diesel engine.

In view of the situation of the road, our engineer added the leaf springs and steering wheel under the machine including four hydraulic legs. This way, our customer can move the mobile concrete mixer with pump on the bumpy road safely.

After received the designing solution from our engineer, we sent them to our Ghana customer soon. Our client were very satisfied with our solution and told us start the production at once.

Now, the mobile concrete mixer with pump is delivering to Douala, then will be transshipped to Ghana.
