He hoped that we could improve it. After receiving feedback from him, the technology set out to design a light and simple style all-in-one machine. Compared with the original style, the operation is more convenient, the movement is more convenient, and the customer is sent to the customer. Our Maldives customer contacted us on April, 2018. They needed 2 sets concrete mixing pump for their resort project. Because there was no electricity on the island, diesel engine drive was required. In addition, the roads on the island were rugged, they needed equipment that was small in size and light weight and easy to tow. First we recommended our 30m3/h diesel concrete mixer pump with length of 5800mm and weight 5000kg. The customer thought 30 m3/h was too big. Then we discussed with our engineer to design mini concrete mixing pump for their construction. The capacity was 15m3/h with domestic famous brand YUCHAI, the weight was 3000kg. Our Maldive customer was very satisfied with this mini concrete mixer pump and required 600m delivery pipe together with the machine. They arranged the deposit and we finished production on time. Our customer from Vietnam sent  us a inquiry about concrete line pump with mixer. We communicated with each other for requirements and specifications. We asked him some detailed information about construction site, the building height,  and the horizontal distance need to connect pipe delivery, otherwise we also asked him some questions about the concrete material, the match ration of stone ,sand and cement,  we told him in china concrete ration is 1:2:2 or 1:3:3 (cement: sand : stone ), also he replied are same as china concrete ration, but only one part different is stone ration, they provided is 3:3.5, I asked my engineer and answered to him, it is ok for our concrete line pump with mixer.

Finally, my customer accepted my suggestion and we made the deal for the 40M3/H two shaft trailer concrete pump with mixer, because he thought the drum capacity is not enough for concrete injection .

On 1th, March , 2019, we signed the contract for 8 sets concrete mixer with pump, our customer paid for the deposit.

Concrete mixer with concrete pump is a another name of concrete mixer pump. On Nov. 2018, one of my client asked me a special JS500 concrete mixer with concrete pump, this model was bigger than our previous concrete mixer with concrete pump, it has double function for mixing concrete and convey concrete, but this time the client asked for high working efficiency. He expected that our factory can support him strongly, because he had many foreign clients and he wanted to establish long term business relationship with us.

I received my client’s email after few days, he said that he knew the cost must be high, it was bigger than JBT350, his friends had one unit this JS500 concrete mixer and concrete pump, he expected that we can offer him good price. About this concrete mixer pump, he required the climb steel to be longer, the feeding hopper he wanted to buried it into land, it was easy for the loader charge concrete. Additional, the chassis of the concrete mixer and concrete pump, which was needed to be added hydraulic lift. Firstly, our engineer added two engines in the machine, when the electricity in our Ghana customer’s site is stable, he can start the mobile concrete mixer with pump by electric motor, when the electricity is unstable or it hasn’t electricity in his site, he can start the machine by diesel engine.

In view of the situation of the road, our engineer added the leaf springs and steering wheel under the machine including four hydraulic legs. This way, our customer can move the mobile concrete mixer with pump on the bumpy road safely.

After received the designing solution from our engineer, we sent them to our Ghana customer soon. Our client were very satisfied with our solution and told us start the production at once.

Now, the mobile concrete mixer with pump is delivering to Douala, then will be transshipped to Ghana.

After sale service is very important to keep the concrete mixer pump machine in good operation and maintenance mode. Concrete Mixer Pump Machine After Sale Service in Kenya

Kenya customer asked and let me arrange the schedule for Kenya Mombasa visit. We communicated and made sure the data 21th, October, he asked his agent helped us booked and brought the flight ticket on the date 21th, also we applied the visa during the time we talked. And at the date of 22th, we arrived at the Nairobi international airport and were successfully finished the visa checked, also we met the people who picked me up at the door of air port.

The first day of after sale service of concrete mixer pump, the boss said just took me and engineer to his construction which concrete mixer with pump located in, and the boss introduced his construction and the final application of this machine, used this machine pouring the wall and building the 4 story buildings.

At the next day, we just came to the construction the site. First of all, my engineer asked me to tell the customer he would checked machine for some hours. He started the total switch of the machine, and the electric parts light lighting , then started the machine diesel engine, checked the diesel engine and hydraulic pump, then started the hopper loading, checked the hopper loading speed whether normal. After several time test, the loading hopper find some problems, upping hopper speed was normal, but the down hopper speed was so fast. Engineer just adjusted the proximity switch, and tight the screw again, finished all work, the hopper down speed normal.

Follow the next step, checked the mixer drum, no matter the rotation of positive , but also the Negative rotation, instruction display was normal. But  when we checked the water inserted into the drum , we found some problems that water pumping without control by time count device, auto watering without control. After the test and checking , water was being normal.

And afternoon, we tested and began to pump the concrete, we suggested customer to use one people loading material, small wheel loader operation, and one people operated the machine, two people were in charge of put the cement into the hopper.

We suggested two small bucket stone (one bucket is 6 bottle , weight is 120kg  two bucket is 240kg ), one bucket sand (one bucket is nearly about 6 bottles , 120kg more or less ), two bag cements (one bag cement is 50kgs , two bag is 100kgs).

Customer accepted the suggestion, when concrete pumping, the concrete coming out is not so good, stone is so many, sand is so less, and also the pipe is sucked some times.

According this case, we stopped the pumping , and talked with customer for this reason , at the same time, we asked people for pipe clean and re-install , at last, customer reduced some stone pebble and adding more sand, after some times testing, the result was good, concrete pumping was more smoothing.

One afternoon time, we finished customer 3 days work task. And also engineer told the process of cleaning the pipe, used the ball and put it into the pipe, loading water, made pressure pulling the ball, the ball push the concrete out .

After one days working, we talked more and visited his other construction sites, he let me give his suggestion, I suggested he should buy small mobile concrete batching, and buy big one concrete pump for delivery concrete, he said he will think this suggestion.

And when I was back to china , my customer told that he would buy 80m3/h diesel engine concrete pump and small mobile concrete batching after sale service of concrete mixer pump. Currently my customer is make sure the quality of machine , also I am waiting his answer now.
