stationary concrete line pump, also known as stationary truck mounted concrete pump, is often equipped with the appropriate delivery line for tough daily construction operations on site. The stationary concrete line pump features compact structure,  versatile functions and long distance conveying capabilities. etc. Our customer was from Bangladesh, he got one construction project from government, he sent us inquiry about stationary concrete line pump on 13th, May, 2019.  We asked him some basic specifications about the concrete pump trailer , such as how many cubic meters for each hour, and the concrete delivery meters for building vertical and horizontal, and the max aggregated size, diesel engine power or electric power, then we recommended him MINLE  trailer concrete pump HBT60-13-130R with the capacity of 40 cubic meters.

Our customer communicated with us for many configurations such as the diesel engine made in China, the concrete pump trailer performance, etc. More and more foreign customers are in the diesel engine made in China, especially WEICHAI brand. WEICHAI brand diesel engines have good quality and with cheaper price than other diesel engines, for instance, Deutz and Cummius, Volvo brand , the most import factor is the price is more cheaper and with good quality.

He consider long times and decided adopt my suggestion to use Weichai brand diesel engine, also at the same time, we told him my engineer was gave after service for my customer in Bangladesh, the stationary concrete line pump is diesel engine concrete line pump 40m3/h, we told him if you were interested, just can go to my customer construction site for have a checked , he was so happy when he heard this news, he told me where location in Bangladesh, i told him the location and the name, he replied he will soon arrange time for have a checked the construction .

I told this things to my engine in advance , and let him make ready for welcome my customer coming, and at last, my customer arrived at construction site and visited our stationary concrete line pump, also my engineer started the machine and show him how to operation and service the concrete line pump.

And though about 10days, my customer asked me he will need the same concrete pump what he saw in construction site, and after 15days, he have send the deposit and let me began to produce

Concrete line pump, also called trailer mounted concrete pump or  concrete trailer pump, is kind of machine that uses pressure to continuously transport concrete along a pipe. It consists of a pump body and conveying pipe. The hydraulic system pushes the piston back and forth by pressure. When the piston moves backwards, the concrete is sucked, When the piston moves forward, the concrete is pushed into the conveying pipe.
