Our customer from Nigeria is specified in construction building who has huge market in their country. We received his message via email and he said he was looking for the concrete pump machine, he required the pumpcrete mixer should mixing the material and also can pumping the concrete to the top of building, first of all we told him we had this kind of concrete pump in my factory, and we also asked him some requirements about this kind of concrete pump, we asked him how about the max aggregated size and the ration about the concrete, he just sent me the photos in his construction. and the last question about the building height , we should now this answer so that we can recommend the suitable machine, he said his building height is 10 stories , it means 30m building delivery distance, so i suggest our pumpcrete mixer HBTS30-13-78R, 30m3 concrete capacity per hour, max pumping pressure 13mpa , and diesel power is strong for 78w, and this machine was do suit for his all requirement for pumpcrete mixer
we also told him some questions about the mix and delivery pipe and after service
the mixer is 400 capacity for mixing, and from the material loading into the mixer drum, and start mixing with water inject into the drum at the same time, until the concrete start push out and pumping, it will take about 2-3 minutes, also we can provide the concrete delivery pipe for 100m, quick clamp we provide 100 pcs, double quantity than normal specification, in case of the spare parts broken and instead of in the first time. the most important was that we can door-door service and help them for machine operation and teaching .
After one month negotiation , my customer accept my payment 30%TT in advance , 70% balance against the BL copy , also need my after service door-door , now we are waiting the first payment.
